This is a short clip of a gait analysis I did on a lady suffering with lower back pain and hamstring tightness.

Notice the different shapes her body makes as she goes from her left foot to her right foot.

No amount of ‘core strength’ or hamstring stretches is going to change this!

But what will help her change this movement pattern is understanding her injury history……
